Delivery Policy


  1. Delivery Methods

    1.1 We offer the following three delivery methods:

    - Hong Kong Post Standard Mail
    : As standard mail does not provide a tracking number, once shipped, we are unable to track the location of the mail. Customers assume the risk of potential loss associated with standard mail. Estimated delivery time is 7 working days or more.

    - HK Post Pickup at Post Office or iPostal Station: Customers will receive a notification message when the mail reaches the designated location. Estimated delivery time is 3 working days or more.

    SF Express: With a tracking number, shipping fee is payable upon delivery. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days.



  2. Delivery Time
    2.1 Delivery time depends on the selected delivery method. We will strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
    2.2 During festive holidays, high order volumes, or uncontrollable natural disasters, there may be delays.

  3. Free Shipping Policy
    3.1 Orders with a total of HKD$650 or more qualify for free shipping on self pick up at SF Stations & SF Lockers delivery methods.
    3.2 Orders with a total of HKD$880 or more qualify for free shipping on self pick up at Convenience Stores and delivery to specified address.

  4. Return and Unreachable Packages
    4.1 Customers must ensure the provision of accurate and complete shipping information. In the event that incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer results in unsuccessful delivery, loss of the package, or other related issues, the store is not responsible.
    4.2 If incorrect customer information leads to the need for redelivery, the customer is responsible for the corresponding redelivery fee.
    4.3 If, within three months from the shipping date, we are unable to contact the customer and the package cannot be successfully delivered, we will consider the customer no longer in need of the items. Unclaimed items will be disposed of, and no refund will be provided.

  5. Lost or Damaged Packages
    5.1 For standard mail, in the case of loss or damage, we are unable to provide compensation or refunds.
    5.2 For packages picked up at the post office or Smart Post Station and SF Express, please refer to the respective postal or courier policies regarding loss or damage.
