All proxy-purchased items generally do not accept refunds or returns unless damage or defects are discovered upon receiving the product.
If you receive damaged goods during shipping, please notify us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days (including holidays) after receiving the product.
Please note that returned items must be unopened and unused, and provide relevant photos of the damage as proof. We will promptly assist in processing and provide a solution.
